Good quality Jeans, slow to return refunds

The jeans were lovely, soft cotton fabric. I originally ordered a size down as recommended and found them too snug. I returned them and re-ordered in my usual size, they are the perfect fit and very comfortable. However I am very unhappy with the company for taking forever to refund my purchase returned on 12th June, it's been over 21 days.
